A Spooktacular Halloween Night in Cuba!

What a wonderful Halloween night it was here in Cuba! The air was filled with excitement, laughter, and just a hint of magic. The town square was transformed into a beautiful wonderland that felt almost like a scene from a fairy tale. With leaves swirling down from the trees like confetti, it was a perfect backdrop for families and friends to gather and enjoy the festivities.

A Picture-Perfect Square

As the sun set, the square lit up with colorful decorations. With the leaves falling, It was hard to tell where nature ended and Halloween began! Families strolled hand in hand, their faces painted with joy and a little bit of spooky flair.

You could see the joy in children’s eyes as they rushed from one booth to another, collecting treats and trying out games. The laughter echoed through the square like music, creating an inviting atmosphere. It was truly a sight to behold!

The Neukirk Sister Witches and Mom

An enchanting highlight of the night was the Neukirk Sister Witches. Dressed in bewitching costumes, they cast spells of delight as they entertained the crowd. Their playful banter and mesmerizing tricks drew everyone in. Kids gathered around, wide-eyed and thrilled, as the Sister Witches made candy appear from thin air.

And let’s not forget Mom! She played a crucial role, guiding the sisters with a smile and ensuring everything ran smoothly and that everyone got their candy bar. Her laughter mixed with the witches' magic created a warm and inviting vibe that made the square feel like home. Glenna (Bunny), the 'good' DP witch, mingled, watched and took SO many pictures and helped out where she could! 

Families Coming Together

Halloween isn’t just about costumes and candy; it’s also a time for families to come together. In Cuba, families filled the square, sharing stories and enjoying the community spirit. You could see parents snapping photos of their little goblins and witches, capturing memories that would last a lifetime.

Parents exchanged tips on the best places to trick-or-treat while kids swapped their candy haul. The sense of togetherness was palpable; it was a reminder of how special these moments can be, reminiscent of how they were in the past here in Cuba.
